Hi, I’m Bermet — the founder and lead master esthetician of Flawless Skin & Body Boutique. Skincare has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I created this boutique as a warm, welcoming space where clients feel truly cared for and leave glowing with confidence.

With licensed expert training and years of hands-on experience, I specialize in customized facials and results-driven treatments like microchanneling, chemical peels, and advanced exfoliation techniques. Every service is thoughtfully tailored to your skin’s unique needs—whether you're targeting acne, signs of aging, pigmentation, or simply looking to maintain a radiant, healthy complexion.

Cancellation Policy
 

To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and provide the best service possible, Flawless skin& body Boutique has implemented the following cancellation policy. Please read and sign to acknowledge your understanding and agreement.

 

1. Deposit Requirement:

- A  $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

- This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.

 

2. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will allow your deposit to be applied to a future appointment.

 

3. Last-Minute Cancellations:

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your 50% deposit.

 

4. No Show/ No call:

- If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged  100 % of the service cost in addition to losing your deposit.

- The total amount due (100% of the service cost) will be charged to the card on file.

 

5. Payment Issues:

- If the card on file does not successfully process the remaining charges, you will not be able to schedule another appointment without full payment in advance.

- Repeated issues with payment may result in the inability to book future appointments.
