Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Flawless Skin & Body Boutique, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect everyone's time:

• Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• No-shows will be charged 100%, and same-day cancellations/reschedules will be charged 50% of the service booked.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment is considered a no-show.
